Meet Jenn

Jenn Hess is an experienced communications and events professional with more than 20 years of 

project management experience, including marketing and communications, writing and editing,

 event management, business development, logistics, budget planning, sales, email marketing and

 graphic design. She has a proven track record of creating new revenue streams for through 

strategic thinking and creative planning.

Following the closure of  CustomNEWS in 2023, Jenn launched JH Communications LLC. 

Jenn plans to continue  to work on conference communication projects, but is also interested in

 learning more about content curation and event management opportunities.
